Description: A delicious strong lemon fragrance with a mild spicy thyme-citrus flavor. Small pink flowers throughout the summer.

Uses: Widely used to flavor soups, stews, baked or sautéed vegetables & casseroles. Lemon thymes make a refreshing tea.

Harvesting: Harvest leaves as required. Use fresh or dry for later use.

Best Results: Easy to grow perennial, which is drought tolerant when established.

Companion Planting: Useful for under planting, try around lavenders for additional interest.
