  1. In a large bowl, mix cabbage, onions, peas, Curry Plant and Parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, curry powder, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Toss with the slaw to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
