  1. In large bowl mix together all ingredients.
  2. Use to stuff a 12-14 lb turkey.
  3. For a 4 - 5 lb chicken or duck, prepare half of the recipe.

Variations:-

  1. Oyster Stuffing - add 2 cups oysters, drained and rinsed. Reduce salt to 1/2 teaspoon.
  2. Raisin Nut Stuffing - add 1 cup whole pecans or walnuts and 1 cup raisins.

Sage Varieties to choose from: Sage - Garden, Sage - Golden Variegated, Sage - Grower's Friend, Sage - Purple, Sage - Silver, Sage - Tricolor.
