SERVES 8 , 24 small pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. Add orange juice and melted butter and mix well.
  4. Mix liquids into dry ingredients.
  5. If batter seems stiff, add a little more orange juice.
  6. Drop batter on griddle.
  7. Turn pancakes when bubbles start to form on top.
  8. Serve with Orange Butter Syrup (recipe on this website)
  9. Or syrup of your choice.

Thyme citrus flavor:- Thyme - Fragrant Orange, Thyme - Creeping Lemon, Thyme - Golden Lemon Variegated, Thyme - Lemon, Thyme - Siver Lemon Variegated.

These Pancakes are delicious!  If you don't eat them all, they freeze well!!  Serve with 'Orange Butter Syrup', find recipe on this website, under Plants, Thyme - Fragrant Orange.  A coffee grinder is great for finely chopping dried or fresh thyme leaves, but keep 'herb-coffee grinder' only for herbs.  (Buy a separate coffee grinder just for coffee.)
