30 min cook | 20 min prep

 Serves: 6 - 8

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add squash, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Add 1/2 cup water.
  5. Cover and let simmer aout 15 minutes until squash is cooked.
  6. Stir in Par-Cel.
  7. Serve squash mixture over cooked pastea and sprinkle with cheese.

An unusual, hearty vegetable dish.  Very tasty and a healthy option for supper!
